I've completed four home renovations - three in Toronto and one in Ottawa. Each home dates back to the early 1900s and the finished homes emphasized original features blended with contemporary convenience.

I purchased two small units in a 1950’s Civil War-era armory building in Soho, which I combined into one 900 sq foot loft. I stripped down ceilings and beams to expose the original wood and added custom-built tall skinny kitchen cabinets that I copied from an apartment years before when living in Montreal.

This 850 square foot studio had tatami mats, a barefoot wood climbing wall, and a beautiful bird mural by a local Ottawa artist. With a large storage closet, we were able to quickly transform the space from a simple meditation and yoga studio to a full-on obstacle course for natural movement and play. @mettamoves
